Espressif ESP32-C5 is an industry-first RISC-V MCU that supports 2.4&5 GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5 (LE), and IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee, Thread) connectivity, specifically designed for IoT applications requiring efficient wireless transmission. The chip features a RISC-V 32-bit single-core processor with a clock speed of up to 240 MHz, and comes with 384 KB SRAM and 320 KB ROM built-in. It offers 29 programmable GPIOs, supports all commonly used peripherals, and ensures high connection reliability and superior security features.
