Q: COMx port cannot be recognized

Q: TF card removal and installation

For safety, disconnect the USB, long press PWR (5s) to power off, and then replace it.

Q: Can the Type-C interface supply power?

Yes, it can supply power to the lithium battery.

Q: Firmware cannot be downloaded

Press and hold the PWR button for 5 seconds, then hold down the BOOT button and click the PWR button to enter download mode.

Q: What image formats are currently supported for display?

Mode 1 and Mode 2 only accept 24-bit depth, 800×480 or 480×800 BMP images, and dithering processing must be completed in advance. For details, please refer to Image Preparation; Mode 3 retrieves JPG images from the cloud through the program (only baseline DCT encoding is supported) and completes the conversion automatically, with no manual processing required.

Q: Does this screen support fast refresh?

Not supported.
