A: Please check whether the system version you are using matches the recommended system and kernel version mentioned in the user manual. Please test with the required system version.

Q: Driver installation is successful, but no image appears during preview?

A: Please check whether the hardware is connected to the specified interface, and inspect the ribbon cable for any damage. After reconnecting the cable, power cycle the board and test again.
