FAQ

Q: After re-uploading the program to the product, I encounter a password error or other connection issues when connecting to Wi-Fi. How can I resolve this?

A: After re-flashing the program, send the command {"T":604} via serial communication to clear the NVS area, then turn off the power and turn the robot's power switch back on, forget the Wi-Fi, and reconnect.

Q: Why does a new COM port not appear when using the download tool or Arduino IDE to upload a program to the robot's general-purpose driver board?

A: First, check the Lower Computer Driver Board Onboard Interfaces section to verify that you have inserted the USB interface labeled ⑥. If so, check the computer's Device Manager to see if a new COM port appears. If not, check whether there is an unrecognized device with "CP2102" in its name under Other devices (as shown in the figure)

. If such a device exists, it is caused by a missing driver. Install the CP2102 serial driver. If no unrecognized device with "CP2102" in its name appears under Other devices, contact the store customer service for return and repair.
