Q: Camera not recognized (media-ctl cannot find isx031)?

A: Please confirm the camera ribbon cable is connected correctly; confirm you have executed ./install.sh and configured dtoverlay=isx031 in /boot/firmware/config.txt before rebooting. When connecting to the CAM0 interface on Raspberry Pi 5, the configuration needs to be changed to dtoverlay=isx031,cam0.

Q: No image during preview (black screen)?

A: For Raspberry Pi devices, please confirm the media device number is correct (use the query command to confirm the /dev/media* corresponding to ISX031, and ensure the -d parameter matches it); confirm the resolution in the preview command matches the configured link (1920 × 1536 or 1920 × 1080).
