Q: Where can I download the driver for the device?

A: No additional driver download is required. After establishing a TCP connection, simply send Modbus commands to control the relay switching actions or query the relay status.

Q: Can the slave address be set via DIP switches?

A: The device is identified by its IP address, so there is no need to set an additional slave address. The default slave address is 1.

Q: Why is there a red indicator light flashing? Is this normal?

A: Yes, this is normal. The red light is the Ethernet port link/activity indicator and typically flashes once every 2 seconds under normal conditions.

Q: What is the power consumption of the device?

A: With a 12 V power supply, the reference power consumption in standby mode is 0.795 W. Please refer to actual conditions for specific power consumption.
